- Non-cancellation of Orders: All Sales of NACI merch are final and cannot be cancelled after completion of payment.
- Non-Return and Non-Exchange of Orders: We do not accept returns of any NACI Merch orders. For apparel, size charts have been provided to help you select the correct fitting garment as per your requirement. Returns or exchanges are not possible, and hence, not accepted.
- Shipping Terms: All shipments of NACI merchandise are Door-Delivered, excluding any applicable customs duty, which will be directly collected by the courier, if applicable. Customs duty vary by country and region, so please be prepared to pay your applicable customs duty in order to receive your shipment. Non-payment of duties in a timely manner may result in liquidation of the merchandise.
- Personal Information: While we collect some personal information, such as address, email, phone to aid with making international courier deliveries, this information is stored securely, all passwords are encrypted and advanced security protocols are followed to ensure data protection and safety. - Intellectual Property: that all the contents, logo and other visual media on this website belongs to National Air Cargo, Inc. (USA) and is protected by copyright laws.
- Third-Party Disclosures: This website and store is operated by service provider Jasani L.L.C. based in Dubai, UAE. Payments will be made to Jasani LLC, and order shipments and invoices will come from Jasani LLC, as per it's contract with National Air Cargo, Inc.
